CANCELLATION POLICY (01 Oct to 21 Dec & 05 Jan to 31st March) If the reservation is cancelled before 15 days of the date of arrival, there will be no retention. Within 07 – 15 days of the date of arrival, 50% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention. Within 02 – 7 days of the date of arrival, 75% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention. If cancelled before 2 days of arrival entire amount for stay will be charged as retention. CANCELLATION POLICY (22nd December – 4th January) If the reservation is cancelled before 30 days of the date of arrival, there will be no retention. Within 15 – 30 days of the date of arrival, 75% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention. Within 7 – 15days of the date of arrival, 100% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention. If cancelled before 7 days of arrival entire amount for stay will be charged as retention.
