Cancellations: No charge and full refund of the advance payment made online if cancelled more than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date; 25% cancellation charge if cancelled 10-15 days prior; 50% cancellation charge if cancelled 6-9 days prior; 100% cancellation charge if cancelled within 5 days of scheduled arrival date or if a no-show.

Hotel reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. All guests checking in the hotel need to carry a government approved photo identification which needs to be produced at the time of checking in at the hotel reception in ORIGINAL. Guests failing to produce the above will not be allowed check in at the hotel.
