Cancellation / Prepayment

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 30 days notice prior to check in date is required for a full refund of the advance deposit made. 25% of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee within 30 days period. 50% of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee within 15 days period. 75% of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee within 7 days period Full price will be charged in case of a no-show.

0-4 Years – Complimentary sharing same bed with parents 5-12 Years- Chargeable Above 12 Years will be considered as adult.

Policies

As per the directive given by the Department of Tourism Government of Goa, all people are required to produce proper proof of identification upon check-in at airports and hotels. Valid Identification documents include: Passport With Valid Visa ( foreign national) , voters ID card, current driver’s license, the document must include a photograph, as per the Hotel Policy absence of identity proof means denial of admission
